Agenda: The Board’s agenda included reform of the Board’s committee structure, including establishment of special committees on a Chief Executive Officer and on shortwave. The Board also considered the organization of the Boards of Directors of BBG-funded grantee networks, a Board travel policy, and proposed meeting dates for 2014.
