This internship was a fantastic experience! The people are wonderful, the atmosphere is motivating, and I was able to learn a lot about U.S. foreign policy and world affairs while helping out the office. It was very different from the stereotypical internship experience — my views and ideas were respected and I was given enjoyable, significant assignments. Before I got this internship, I didn't even know what BBG was, but I now have a deep understanding of the intricacies of US International Media and a passion for the work BBG and its networks do in advocating for freedom of speech and providing reliable news for people around the world. I'm really grateful for this internship, and would highly recommend it to whoever wants to apply!
