Steve Capus named Senior Advisor at USAGM
Washington, D.C. — The U.S. Agency for Global Media is announcing the appointment of Steve Capus as Senior Advisor to the CEO. As part of USAGM’s senior management team, Capus will provide expert advice and guidance on all matters involving the Agency’s mission and operations, as well as developing and implementing the Agency’s strategic plan and priorities.
With more than 30 years of experience including four years as Executive Editor of CBS News and nearly eight years as President of NBC News, Capus brings extensive knowledge and proficiency in journalism, production, senior management, multi-platform newsroom transformation, strategy development, communications, and executive education.
