Ethiopia: Best Practices of Mobile Journalism
With Ethiopia going to the polls on June 05, 2021, for the parliamentary election, journalists learned about media convergence, digital storytelling, and improved their mobile journalism skills in hands-on training sessions.
By the end of the training, journalists produced mobile journalism stories for TV and radio. One participant said, “it didn’t feel like training. It felt like I was doing my job.” The training participants created a Facebook group called MOJO Ethiopia (USAGM).
