The three-day training focused on digital disruption, transformation and mobility, data driven value chains, and digital media landscape. Training participants case studied and practiced repurposing long form content for digital, and learned about monetization strategies, monetizing subscriptions, monetizing social media, audio/ podcast monetization, diversification of revenue streams, and development of digital economy.
