USAGM’s FY 2024 Agency Performance Report (APR) connects the agency’s strategic goals, its impact and agility objectives, results and analysis of its performance in the preceding five years, and a summary of the verification and validation of performance measures used in the report. It fulfills the requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA) and the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010 (GPRMA) for annual performance planning and reporting. This report is intended to assist Congress, the President, and the public in assessing USAGM’s performance relative to its mission and stewardship of the resources entrusted to it.
Due to a change in presidential administration in 2025, the FY 2024 APR is published as a separate document from the FY 2026 Agency Performance Plan (APP), which will be published with budget documents later in the year. Next year, the two documents will again be combined into one APP/APR report.
Prior to its FY 2025 Agency Performance Plan/ FY 2023 Agency Performance Report, USAGM’s annual performance plans were included in its Congressional Budget Justification and the agency reported on its performance within its annual Performance and Accountability Report (PAR), the archive of which is available on this page. Also, prior to the FY 2023 Agency Financial Report, financial statements and audit results were reported in the PAR.
